Overview -Lewis Pies Limited make pastry based products for a range of sectors.LEWIS PIES ARE LOOKING FOR A PANNING UNIT.Products that are run down our pastry line are currently picked up using a scoop and placed on a metal baking tray.This process is manual and requires 2 people that stand side on to the line.We are looking to replace this process with a specialist panning unit that has a retractable belt that retracts at speed and places product onto the try ready for baking.This process must be able to run at up to 8 trays per minute and be height adjustable.The unit must be able to be stopped by the control on our main Rondo Starline.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=129679.
