Descriptions
The work comprises the routine cleaning of gutters and associated minor roofing repair works for a five year period commencing 1.11.2016 until 31.10.2021. Additional properties may also be incorporated into the Contract at the Association's discretion. Also, through ‘Right to Buy’ Legislation, some properties may be omitted from the contract. The Contractor will not be compensated for any reduction or addition in the number of houses in the contract.
