Riddle's Court is a category A listed merchant's house just off the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. It is to be repaired and sensitive alterations made to transform it into the Patrick Geddes Centre.A Design Team is to be appointed to provide professional services to take the existing scheme for the project (which has been developed to RIBA Stage D and submitted for planning and listed building consent) through RIBA Stages E-L inclusive. [Note throughout references are to the stages in the RIBA Plan of work 2007 and revisions].You are invited to submit proposals as Lead Design Team Consultant, co-ordinating a team of your choice comprising Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer and CDM co-ordinator.
