Staffordshire County Council, working with East Staffordshire Borough Council, invites tenders for the provision of Waste Transfer Station Facilities and Associated Services.The provision of a Transfer Facility to receive and accept from East Staffordshire Borough Council the following types of Contract Waste:— Kerbside collected Household Waste;— Fly Tipped Waste;— Trade Waste;— Bulky Waste;— Street Cleaning Residues;— Precinct Sweepings and Litter;— Dry Mixed Commingled Recycling;— Source Separated Paper.The provision for storage and segregation of the Contract Waste streams being:— EfW Waste;— Landfill Waste;— Street Cleaning Residues;— Recycling.The contract will also include:— The provision for bulking and transfer of each Contract Waste streams to Treatment Facilities identified in the Specification;— The provision to record and report all Contract Waste delivered, stored and transferred to Treatment Facilities.
