Descriptions
The PFI Companies will firstly sub-contract the build phase of the proposed extensions to a building contractor which is currently scheduled to be appointed in May 2017. Once built, the PFI Companies will extend the appointment of the existing FM Contractor to maintain the extensions in line with existing PFI Schools in accordance with the existing PFI arrangements.
