Bedfordshire Hospitals are looking to award a supplier to install and maintain a new temperature monitoring system within our pharmacy departments across both Sites, Luton & Dunstable Hospital and Bedford Hospital. We are seeking a comprehensive temperature monitoring system capable of recording ambient, refrigerator, and freezer temperatures across two sites — Luton and Bedford. Each site will include multiple monitoring locations (Pharmacy and Satellite areas). The system must operate continuously (24/7, 365 days a year) and include an audible alarm, as well as an effective alert mechanism for both in-hours and out-of-hours temperature deviations. Additionally, we require annual calibration and maintenance for all monitoring devices across both sites.
