Broxbourne Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to undertake the redevelopment of unused land in Wormley, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire (28,000m2) to provide a new allotment garden comprising of 23 plots, plus parking and a new bellmouth access from the adjacent road. Works include road entrance access works, earthworks including remediation of topsoil and a cut and fill exercise. In addition civils works to the aforementioned road including kerbing, fencing, drainage and soft landscaping / planting works. The closing date for submissions is 17.00 noon on Tuesday 10 June 2025 and the deadline for queries is 12.00 noon on Wednesday 4 June 2025 , all queries should be made via the portal.
