Parliamentary ICT (PICT) on behalf of the Authority (the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords and the Corporate Officer of the House of Commons) is seeking to procure the provision of a Time Recording and Attendance System. The capability provided to the Authority is to use the providers applications running on a cloud infrastructure (Software as a Service SaaS). The applications will be accessible from various client devices through either a thin client interface, such as a web browser (e.g., web-based email), or a program interface.The supplier must also be responsible for installing the service and project manage the implementation, provide training, plus support and maintenance for this solution over the life-cycle of this contract.Contract duration is 3 initial years followed by optional 2 x 1 year extensions to a maximum total of 5 years.
