PIN - Frost-Point Hygrometer
Descriptions
National Physical Laboratory require a hygrometer with sufficient accuracy to be able to perform maintenance activities on their primary standard humidity generators enabling us to extend the range of stated international CMCs (Calibration & Measurement Capabilities) for dew-point calibration down to -100 °C frost point temperature. A hygrometer with the ability to measure down to this extreme trace range of humidity with an appropriate level of accuracy is required to give confidence to the humidities generated by NPL's low-frost point primary standard generator and to provide a reference standard hygrometer for comparison calibrations.
