This is a Prior Information Notice published by NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS Erewash Clinical Commissioning Group (ECCG).ECCG wishes to engage and collaborate with suitably qualified capable of delivering a Place Based Co-ordinated Specialist Respiratory Service to the patients registered with member GP Practices of NHS Erewash CCG for which they are the responsible commissioner.The aim of this Expression of Interest is to:1) Allow the market visibility of the proposed opportunity;2) Support the CCGs informed decision making on the commissioning of this service;3) To help refine the commissioning and procurement approach and;4) To gauge the level of interest from the market of capable providers with capacity within Erewash to deliver the services illustrated above.
