Through the Fusion21 Building Improvements Framework (Lot External Environmental Improvements) Accent Housing Limited are looking for a Contractor(s) for the following primary workstreams:
Fencing
Hardstanding
Boundary Walls
External Wall Repairs
Outbuildings
Communal Flooring
Decoration (both internal and external)
There may be instances of other works being required under this contract. All works will be in relation to the improvement of external and/or internal communal areas.
These will be planned works; however, there may be a need for reactive works at times.
The works are split over two Lots - North & South.
And we are happy for a Contractor to win both Lots but they must be able to demonstrate a presence in both regions.
