Planned Preventative, Reactive, and Emergency Maintenance Tender

Trenitalia c2c Limited ('c2c') is carrying out a preliminary market engagement exercise for an upcoming tender. The contract will be for the planned preventative, reactive, and emergency maintenance of buildings and mechanical & electrical assets of certain railway stations and other accommodation across the c2c network. c2c are requesting feedback on a number of areas, including key risks, qualification requirements of suppliers, skills development, and mobilisation period. This contract is expected to run for a minimum for four years, with two optional extension periods of two years each (4+2+2). The estimated contract value is provided within this notice. Please note, both the estimated contract term and its value are provided for information only and are subject to change.

Engagement

The engagement will be undertaken through the completion of a Microsoft Forms questionnaire. This questionnaire is available at the following link: https://forms.office.com/e/ZpXYw39wY8 An information pack is available at request.
