National framework for the provision of the supply installation and/ or maintenance of playground, gym, outdoor leisure, splash park and urban play equipment, and all associated supplies

This is a closed framework running from 12 January 2026 - 11 January 2030

The Framework is open for use by all Contracting Authorities as defined at Section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023.

Contracting Authorities will not be permitted to Direct Award under this framework and must conduct a further competition to call-off their individual requirements. Contracts are not exclusive; therefore, award to more than one supplier is permitted.

A breakdown of the specific Quality criteria used for the framework can be found in the Contract Award Notice. However, Contracting Authorities may apply weightings that meet their needs for call-off contracts.
