The purpose of this procurement is to ensure the selection and deployment of a robust, integrated, and future-proof point-of-sale solution that meets operational needs, supports multiple payment types, and enables centralised management. The project timeline requires full system deployment, including all associated hardware, software, and training, to be completed by the 1st September 2026
