Port of Dover - Multi-Disciplinary Design Framework

Dover Harbour Board intends to establish the Multi Disciplinary Design Framework, comprised of a pool of multi-disciplinary consultants to assist capital programmes, based around the following disciplines: • Berths & Marine • Building Fabric & Services • Civils, Structures & Highways • Utilities Requirements will range from design support for contractor-designed capital projects, to full programmes of design. The tender will be issued and administered through Dover Harbour Board's procurement platform. Suppliers are able to apply to enrol on the platform here: https://www.portofdover.com/corporate/suppliers-prospective-suppliers/ This tender will follow a Competitive Flexible Procedure, inclusive of an initial Selection Stage to limit the number of suitably capable applicants to proceed to the next stages of the tender process. The evaluation of tenders is to be undertaken on the basis of a technical and commercial analysis. It is currently anticipated that this will be on a 70/30 weighting respectively. The aim is to issue the tender notice in early June 2025, with an appointment of framework partners for commencement in early December 2025. The conditions of contract will be the NEC4 Framework Contract.
