Pre Market Engagement - Provision of Applicant Tracking System

Lift is preparing to go to tender for a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to replace our current platform. Ahead of this, we are conducting a market testing exercise to explore innovative solutions, understand supplier capabilities, and refine our final specification. This is not a tender. No contract will be awarded at this stage.
Please see attached documents which detail our high level requirements. We are keen to engage with suppliers to explore our options and develop our specification, ready for tendering later this year (2025)
