The preparation of a Housing Need and Demand Assessment and Report incorporating a Review of Housing Provision in County Monaghan under the County Development Plan 2019-2025.Monaghan County Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants, with appropriate housing market expertise and led by a planner to:-• undertake and complete a Housing Need and Demand Assessment, in accordance with Objective 37 of the National Planning Framework and detailed in Circular 14/2021 dated 14 April 2021, issued by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.• carry out an analysis of existing housing provision in County Monaghan and a review of progress on the delivery of housing units on zoned residential land in the County Development Plan 2019-2025.
