Prima Group have undertaken a competition under Category 1 – whole house of procurement for housing's capital works and associated services dynamic purchasing system, OJEU Contract Notice — 2018/S 150-343487 in order to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake kitchen and bathroom renewals in Prima Wirral properties. It is intended that the contract established will run for an initial term of 2 years, extendable for a further term of 2 years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Prima Group. The estimated contract value is c. 665 000 GBP (exc VAT) per annum, however this is subject to amendment based on individual property surveys. Prima Group will utilise a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with amendments.
