This is the contract award notice following on from the competitive procurement process conducted in accordance with a process based on the open procedure under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (the Regulations). BHR CCGs has awarded the contract to Partnership of East London Cooperatives (PELC) Ltd. To provide integrated community urgent care service, comprising four urgent treatment centre services (UTCs) and an out of hours home visiting service (OOHHV) (the ‘Services’). The contract start date is 1 July 2020. The contract length is a maximum of 7 years (5 years plus an optional additional 2 years extension).
