Procurement and management of Temporary Accommodation for Brent Council Housing Associations Leasing

The London Borough of Brent is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Registered Housing Associations to tender for the provision of affordable temporary accommodation to house homeless families under the Council's Housing Associations Leasing Scheme. It is the intention that properties to be procured under the HALS contract will be within Brent and surrounding areas.The contract will cover the provision of residential property management services (comprising of property acquisition, viewings and the lettings process, administering decants, void periods and property handbacks), property maintenance, tenancy management, property inspections and rent collection.It is anticipated that the contract will commence in February 2014 for a 3 year period with the option to extend for up to 2 years.Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) documentation will be available to download on expression of interest.
