Descriptions
Partnerships for Forests (P4F) is a 56 000 000 GBP 5 years grant and technical assistance programme, funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID). DFID has contracted Palladium to manage the programme. So as to verify that recipients of P4F grant funds have expended those funds in accordance with the terms of their grant agreements, Palladium seeks to procure an auditor to conduct audits on a number of grants between 2018 and 2020. The procurement will consist of 4 Lots and an auditor will be procured for each of the regions where P4F operates (East Africa, West & Central Africa, South East Asia, and Global – the P4F Regions). Each auditor will be contracted through a framework /call down contract. A single organisation or consortium may submit a bid covering all four P4F Regions, 3 of the 4, 2 of the 4, or only 1 of the P4F Regions. This notice is been published on OJEU on a voluntary basis to ensure a fair and transparent procurement.
