CHIC is establishing a national (England and Wales) framework of service providers who can provide internal and external building works covering:1) 'Whole life' services to multiple building elements including installation, replacement, refurbishment, improvement, maintenance and repair;2) Installation, replacement, refurbishment, improvement, maintenance and repair of restricted mobility adaptations; and3) Decorations including pre-decoration repairs. All current and future members of CHIC will have access to this framework as will the members of other consortia that join CHIC to access this and other frameworks.
