Royal Mail Group Ltd (RMG) wishes to establish a UK wide Programme Management Consultancy Services Framework to support the management and delivery of the annual RMG property planned maintenance programme of works and/or other Facilities Management related programmes as per RMG business requirements. The types of building included in the property maintenance programme may include (but are not necessarily limited to): Mail Centres, Delivery Offices, Regional Distribution Centres, Vehicle Workshops, Parcelforce Depots and the like.The Programme Management Services Framework may include (but will not be limited to) provision of the following services: -H&S Assurance; Cost Planning; Project Procurement; Supplier & Contractor Management; Cost Management; Financial & MI Reporting
