The site is located on the corner of Brunswick Villas Laneway and Shaw Street, a busy vehicular roadway and main commuter route within Dublin City Centre. The site is surrounded by residential and commercial premises, abutting a protected structure ‘O’Neill’s’ public house and townhouse along the Southern Boundary and commercial storage units to the East. The site lies in an established commercial and residential area with a number of shops and residential units within close proximity to the site. The site also sits adjacent to a heavily trafficked public footpath and vehicular route along Shaw Street and is in close proximity to a busy vehicular junction with Pearse Street. The site is also adjacent to the DART railway line which traverses over Shaw Street along the Northern Boundary. Contractor to take all reasonable care of neighbouring properties during the works, in particular but not restricted to the adjoining protected structure, O’Neill’s public house and townhouse. Contractor to liaise with Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Irish Rail in relation to works adjacent to existing DART Railway Line.
