PROPOSED REMEDIAL WORKS AT BOOTLE LEISURE CENTRE NORTH PARK
Descriptions
Bootle Leisure Centre was first opened in 1996 and is a well-used facility comprising a swimming pool, water slide, gym, fitness suite and sports hall. These include: • Maintenance painting of structural steelworks; • Replacement of balustrades and safety railings; • Concrete repairs and cathodic protection; • Repairs to tiled surfaces; • Some M&E replacement and upgrading • Drainage System Upgrade • Replacement of Air Handling Units( separate concurrent contract)
