Descriptions
Contractors are invited to tender for the provision of temporary teaching facilities; [1 x 183.20m2 prefabricated building (2 x Mainstream classrooms & 1 x disabled toilet facilities) and 1 x 33.25m2 prefabricated building (2 x Resource rooms)] and all associated site works, including all civil works; ramps / railings, site services, hard surfacing, etc., including all mechanical, electrical installations to DoES specification and in accordance with current nZEB criteria. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education and Skills technical guidance documents and general specification for primary schools. It is paramount that the tendering Contractor is in a position to commence works on site immediately following appointment and has such resources available to meet the handover date of 1st September 2019. All costs associated with rental of the prefabricated buildings as well as compliance with Building Control & nZEB requirements must be included within the tendered sum.
