The Authority is seeking to engage with suppliers who have experience in this market to help it refine the requirements of the procurement exercise. This is a retrospective preliminary market engagement notice covering the Request For Information (RFI) that was published via our e-tendering system (YORtender) in November 2024. Discovery sessions were held in January and February 2025 for suppliers who had submitted an RFI.
Engagement
The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to assist North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) to understand the current market conditions. This is to inform their options for the procurement of a Digital Traffic Regulation Order (D-TRO) System. The Authority intends to use information gained from the market to inform future procurement options. This is a retrospective preliminary market engagement notice covering the RFI notice published via our e-tendering system (YORtender) in November 2024.
