Descriptions
The fundamental purpose of the Contract is to seek a service provider that can provide access to a facility that is operational and can provide a reliable, effective and satisfactory service for the processing and recycling of dry mixed recyclables which will include a minimum 75-80% recycling with 100% diversion from landfill requirement. The Council is aiming to strive towards 80%+ recycling throughout the course of the contract so the Contractor should be able to assist the Council to achieve this objective.
