The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at St Mark's Church of England Academy.The School has been an Academy since 2006, with over 800 pupils, 40% of whom are entitled to Free School Meals.The new catering contract will commence in January 2014. The School are keen to introduce a cashless system to commence from September 2014 and invite potentially interested catering contractors to assist in this and the procurement of dining room furniture.The catering service requires a fresh injection of ideas, ranging from queue management to more imaginative and innovative menus.
