Descriptions
Luminate Education Group ('the College') is seeking to appoint a preferred supplier of Chromebooks, Chrome Management Licenses, Jamboards and Storage / Charger Trolleys for a period of 12 month on a 'preferred supplier' basis. Prices for all Chromebooks, Jamboards and Charger Storage Trolleys are to be set per calendar month with access provided to an updated price list at the start of each calendar month. The price list should also include an indication of stock levels at that point in time. The price list can be in the form of a shared document which the college IT team have read only access unless a more efficient and effective solution is available. It is a condition of this tender that a monthly price list is available and updated on time for the life of the tender agreement. Costs provided in this tender must be valid for 30 days and be in stock. If stock becomes unavailable during this time, an equivalent specification should be provided at no additional cost.
