The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at South Axholme Academy, its new 6th form modular buildings and the adjacent Epworth Primary Academy.The contract will commence on 1.8.2014 for a period of 3 years.This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful contractor also guaranteeing the number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision.We are seeking a suitably experienced contractor who has current experience of working within the secondary school or HE/FE market place, ideally with a strong operational base within the Lincolnshire area, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility that is to be delivered to support the contract as and when needed moving forwards into this contract term.The scope of the contract covers all cleaning provision within South Axholme Academy, its new 6th form modular buildings and the adjacent Epworth Primary Academy. The Trust anticipates that it shall grow, possibly within the term of the contract. The successful tenderer will be required to evidence how they would effectively manage any future increase in the scope of the contract, with the possibility of additional schools joining the Trust.The successful contractor will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month thus updating the senior management team within the Academy on the contract performance.The fixed cost of the contract for the first year of the contract is 91 158 GBP for Isle Education Trust. South Axholme Academy and Epworth Primary Academy are to be treated as two separate entities within the main contract and for the purposes of invoicing.
