Descriptions
Provision of cold recycled bound materials for use on highways across Lancashire. Planed materials are mixed by the supplier to encapsulate contaminated arisings. The recycling process is mixed as a cold material off site (ex situ) under controlled conditions by suppliers with the required plant and materials. The recycled materials is then returned to site and reused on the planed area of the highway.
