Provision of Collaboratory External Evaluation Service

Descriptions

The Collaboratory research hub in partnership with Nottingham Trent University (NTU), the University of Nottingham (UoN), De Montfort University, Leicester University and Loughborough University invite proposals to evaluate the Collaboratory Programme, a UKRI Research England Development funded (RED) initiative designed to reimagine doctoral education through deep community engagement.

The successful team will be contracted to deliver a robust, inclusive, and adaptive evaluation from October 2025 to 2029, culminating in a final report. The evaluation will be aligned with UKRI standards, institutional values, and the principles of co-production and equity.

Submissions will be assessed on their methodological rigour, understanding of the programme, and commitment to inclusive and developmental evaluation practices. Each submission should be detailed enough to allow the Collaboratory team to assess the most appropriate proposal.
