The London Borough of Bromley is preparing to undertake a procurement exercise for the provision of domiciliary care services for all residents of the borough. Ahead of issuing a formal tender, we are seeking to engage with the market to inform the service specification and procurement approach. In these challenging times the Council wishes to drive innovation to ensure that domiciliary care can support people to maintain their independence.

The Council welcomes participation from Providers who are suitably qualified / registered and experienced with the necessary resources and capacity to provide the Services.

The market engagement will be held via MS Teams on Wednesday 17th December 2025 from 12pm.

Engagement

The London Borough of Bromley is preparing to tender for domiciliary care services and wishes to engage with the market prior to the formal procurement. The purpose of this engagement is to share early information, gather provider feedback, and ensure the forthcoming tender reflects best practice and market capacity. We invite registered suitably qualified and experienced domiciliary care providers to participate. Engagement activities will include a provider briefing session on Wednesday 17th December 2025 at 12pm.
