Provision of Extensions and Associated Adaptation Works

Flintshire County Council wish to establish a four year non-binding framework agreement for the provision of extensions and associated adaptation works required for the delivery of disabled facilities grants. Works will include but will not be limited to alterations, provision of foundations, substructure walls, ground floor slabs, external walls, internal walls, roof structure and coverings, fascias, soffits, barge board, rainwater goods, lintels, windows, doors, bathroom adaptation works, kitchen adaptation works, flooring, decoration, joinery, heating works, electrical work, drainage and external works.Flintshire County Council have established a framework for the supply of materials for adapted bathrooms which the successful contractors will be required to work with.The resulting framework will be capable of being used for works to private properties and properties owned or managed by Flintshire County Council. A maximum of three contractors will be appointed. The estimated spend during the framework duration is expected to be in the region of £1,345,000.Flintshire County Council are hosting a free "Meet the Buyer" event for those who are interested in bidding for this opportunity.
