The Scottish Government is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider, appropriately registered with the Financial Conduct Authority, to undertake the financial administration and management of a number of Scottish Government loan and grant schemes, as detailed herein.This will include recovery of all existing loan repayments from loan schemes noted, including those which have been closed or will be no longer available at contract start date.The administration and management will also potentially include the processing and decision-making on applications for loan and grant schemes that will be open during the course of the contract and the associated administration of loan and grant payments and repayments.The main requirements across the individual schemes are:— Administration of loan repayments;— Processing and decision-making of applications, administration of loan and grant payments, administration of future loan repayments on existing and future schemes;—- Liaison with advice and support providers to maintain effective and efficient customer journey.Contract Period: 1.6.2015 to 31.5.2018 with an option to extend up to 31.5.2019.
