National Galleries Scotland (NGS) are looking to procure a sole Supplier for the provision of Fine Art Shipping Crates., The procurement will be conducted through the use of the Open Procedure. The SPD must be completed and returned with a tender response., Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015., The objective criteria included in the SPD is detailed under section III of this Contract Notice.
