Provide maintenance services (including site based resources) to the fire system at LCR's Waterloo.International Terminal. Includes the maintenance, operation and repair of:— Simplex 4100U control and indicating panels and equipment;— Field Wiring Devices such as heat and smoke detectors, call points, sounders, flashing beacons, door magnet retainers etc.;— Interface systems;— Avalon PAVA system;— Auxiliary Power Supply Units;— Action Air Actionpac Dampers (addressable and non-addressable);— Inergen Extinguishing System;— Backup Batteries.Please note that this is a simplex closed protocol system. Interested parties must have relevant experience of working with this system, including sourcing parts and other associated activities.
