We wish to advise that Kerry Flyer CLG is seeking expressions of interest from third parties to enter into a general service agreement for the maintenance, repair and operation of their fleet of vehicles situated at The Crageens, Castleisland, Co. Kerry.We would ask those interested in tendering for this contact to submit the following supporting documentation:1)Tender response document must be completed and signed by the tender application.2)Please submit your public liability and vehicle insurance to allow you to undertake this work.3)Tax clearance certificate.The type of work that will need to be carried out will include:-Servicing-Breakdown assistance-Repairs & ongoing maintenance-Preparation of vehicles for Pre-CVRT Testing and CVRT testing-Periodic InspectionsThe type of commercial and public service vehicles involved are:-Vans-Coaches -Medium Size Buses-Mini-BusesWe would draw your attention to the tender dates as specified in the request for tender document. Please note that failure to submit any of the documents requested will result in an invalid tender and your application cannot be considered. Please note the tender time-frames must be fully adhered to. Any query must be sent via the Questions and Answers facility on www.etenders.gov.ie. Queries can only relate to the tender process only. No calls will be taken regarding the tender applications. Please note that all of the formal tender rules pertaining to the opening of the tender and the managing of the tender process will be carried out in accordance with proper procurement rules and criteria. If you wish to submit a tender application, please send same via www.etenders.gov.ie only attaching the requisite supporting tender documentation by the closing date 2:00pm on 08/06/2021.
