Descriptions
SBHA intends to offer a 5-year contract with an initial term of 3 years followed by 2 x 12 months extensions at the sole discretion of Scottish Borders Housing Association, based on contract performance. The estimated contract value is GBP 15,000 per annum amounting to GBP 75,000 for the full 5-year term, providing Death in Service benefit to members of staff on contracts of 12 months or longer 1 x their Annual Salary, including any commission/brokerage fees.
