Descriptions
The current managed infrastructure service / solution provides ACHA & AHFA with:— Wide Area Network and Internet connectivity, Local Area Network and Wireless Infrastructure;— Virtualised Server and Storage environment;— Telephony which consists of an on-premise installation of Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Enterprise Voice, and Clarity Contact Centre; and— Full management for this environment, 2nd / 3rd support and also database management for ACHA's housing management system.The existing contract will be due for renewal in November 2015.The shape of the new contract will be different than the current, in that ACHA are looking to push (where possible) more of the current on-premise services to the cloud and manage more directly some of the services provided by the existing support provider.Note: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Public Contracts Scotland Web Site at http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=314091The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
