Provision of Insurance and related services to The Cambridge Housing Society Limited and its subsidiary Companies

The Cambridge Housing Society Limited are inviting qualified bidders to tender for providing insurance services. this will be in the form of either a single lot contract with one supplier for the provision of insurance services or a two lot contract for the provision of insurance services and for Directors & Officers Liability insurance. , This will be a restricted procedure. It is CHS's intention to award and finalise the new contract for insurance services before the commencement of annual cover for our financial year starting 1 April 2022. The contract shall start from this date and will be for a period of 48 months/4 financial years, with an option to extend by a further period of up to 12 months/1 financial year at CHS's sole discretion., The programme will require Insurance and related services for risks that may include but not be limited to: property damage and business interruption, employers, public, products and property owners liability, business combined/office, money, all risks, computer, contract works, group personal accident, professional indemnity, fidelity guarantee/crime, employment practices liability and engineering insurance with an associated programme of inspections for statutory and other items of engineering plant and equipment.
