Note this contract was awarded in 2023 - this notice is for administrative purposes onlyThis competition is exempt from the Public Contracts Regulations 2015As part of our short-term accommodation strategy, Swansea University is seeking to engage with third-party private accommodation providers across Swansea City Centre, via nomination agreements, to secure additional bedroom stock in order to meet student demand for guaranteed accommodation, as the University continues along it’s intended growth trajectory.This requirement coincides with the University exiting lease agreements at Hendrefoilan Student Village in July 2023.Swansea University is looking to secure a maximum of 800 beds with third-party purpose-built student accommodation providers for the 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic years/sessions (September-June).Due to the number of beds required, the University will be tendering the opportunity as multiple lots. Eligible suppliers will be able to bid for all lots. However, the maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a supplier is two. The lots will be as follows:-Lot A: 300 beds-Lot B: 250 beds-Lot C: 250 bedsFurther information is available in the tender documents.
