The Trust is interested in a core offer from prospective development partners for the delivery of new accommodation at the Jamestown Road Site. The Trust is also interested in an alternative offer (as prospective development partners may wish to propose) for the delivery of new accommodation at an alternative site which may include a site secured by the partner (Partner Secured Site) or the Belsize Lane Site., Any proposed Partner Secured Site for the delivery of the new accommodation would need to be within the London Borough of Camden or within a 4km radius of 120 Belsize Lane maintaining access to transport link that show no detriment to patients accessing the services provided at the current location., The capital cost of the proposed new accommodation to meet the Trust’s requirements is estimated to be in the region of £70m.
