Provision of New Ride on Mower

Hythe and Dibden Parish Council is seeking tenders for the supply of a new John Deere 1580 out front mower which should be supplied with a Trimax FX155 flail deck or a similar type of mower. The mower will be used for by the Parish Council's Maintenance Team, cutting road side verges and therefore should be supplied with warning beacons and high visibility chevrons, suitable for working on the highway. The contractor will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering ride on mowers of a similar nature on budget and on time. The applicant must also be able to provide the Council with written assurances regarding the time to provide spare or replacement parts required for the upkeep of the machine.
