Bromford Housing Group as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future subsidiaries (together ‘Bromford’) wishes to invite interested companies to participate in a dynamic purchasing system for the provision of ground source heat pump system installation works.Bromford is a group of registered providers of social housing and support services. Bromford owns and manages around 42 000 homes.Bromford is looking for potential suppliers to apply to be admitted to the dynamic purchasing system for the installation of ground source heat pump systems for a maximum term of 15 years.Bromford envisages a requirement for approximately 2 installation contracts per annum, each with an estimated value of 400 000 GBP to 500 000 GBP. The total estimated value of the DPS for the maximum term of 15 years is estimated to be between 7 500 000 GBP and 15 000 000 GBP.
