**CONTRACT AWARD**
East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS) have awarded this contract following a competition under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Competitive Process, for the provision of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) 3rd Party Private Ambulance Provider where needed.
One provider has been appointed to provide services for the following.
NEPTS Lincolnshire (to which EMAS provide PTS services) - part of the county, NEPTS Northamptonshire and NEPTS Derbyshire
Providers must be CQC Registered and hold the relevant licences for carrying out this work.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
