This is a voluntary prior transparency notice of BPDTS Ltd’s intention to award a contract from 1 December 2020, without prior publication of a call for competition in the OJEU. BPDTS intends to award a contract for the provision and administration of a defined contributory pension scheme, to the incumbent provider (Aviva Life and Pensions UK) to run until Nov 2026, with a review after 3 years. Aviva Life and Pensions UK provides pension services for BPDTS staff through its participation in the Aviva Master Trust Scheme, entered into in late 2016.
