Wandle Housing Association (WHA) is inviting responses for the provision of Pest Control Services. The proposed contract will cover both communal works as well as works in individual properties, where required. Full details of this opportunity are found within this document and all other associated documents. The contract is expected to value £550,000 in its entirety , with contract period for an initial period of 36 months with the preferred Supplier, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months plus 12 months (24 months) The anticipated contract commencement date is 30 March 2026 Work is required according to demand from the business, the Association will advise on treatment that is conducted on a regular basis; however, anticipated by its nature, services are ad hoc. NB: The Contracting Authority believes that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 do apply to this contract at its commencement. Bidders will be expected to request this information as part of the tender process.
