NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS Arden and GEM CSU) on behalf of Greater Yarmouth and Waveney CCG are inviting suitably qualified providers who are capable of delivering primary medical services at Kirkley Mill Health Centre, Lowestoft.As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful bidder(s) for a period of 4 years 10.5 months.The weighted list size is 6 352 with an actual list size of 6 333 which is anticipated to grow in light of housing and population growth.The commissioner will pay up to a maximum of GBP 140 per weighted patient based on 19/20 prices; this will be subject to uplifts in line with national negotiations.
